Copy for the inserts should be sent to the editor before they are printed, for prior approval. The inserts should be uniform in size, otherwise they have to be inserted by hand, for which there is an extra charge (£54). If they are folded, they must lie flat, or there will be an extra charge for insertion by hand. The charge for A5 inserts is £70.

These are the parameters for Headleys:
The 2200 leaflets should be boxed and the boxes should be numbered (e.g. 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc.) and labelled as inserts for The Inquirer. Headley's prefers to have them delivered 9 days before the date of the issue. That is two Thursdays before the date on the front of The Inquirer. Headley's do not accept deliveries on Saturday, or after 4 pm on Friday.
